Shipping & Delivery
At this time, eDigital Express ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. United States shipments include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 4-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. eDigital Express will try its best to ship items the same day however it does not guarantee same-day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Order Status
eDigital Express will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information (if applicable) will be emailed to the address registered with your account once your order has shipped (does not apply to APO/FPO addresses or shipments to U.S. Territories).
Back-orders
eDigital Express does sell backordered merchandise. We will charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase however the buyer will be notified at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. In that instance we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to the address registered with your account.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. eDigital Express reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. eDigital Express reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order
Order Cancellation Policy
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply email us at sales@edigitalexpress.com during eDigital Express’ hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly encourage sending change order requests via email immediately because if email is late (later than 1.00 hr from order time) it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Product Return Policy
All sales are final. Unless otherwise noted, eDigital Express does not accept returns of merchandise accept for defective items or items that are damaged during shipment. Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned to eDigital Express for "replacement only" within 30 days of purchase. If a replacement item is not available than eDigital Express will refund the purchase price of the product. Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for returning the item in it's exact original condition, including all packaging, accessories and manuals. Units that are found to be free of defects or missing components will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. All other issues and warranty claims should be addressed to the manufacturer.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Only items that are explicitly identified as carrying a satisfaction guarantee may be returned within14 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for returning the item in it's exact original condition, including all packaging, accessories and manuals. Units that are found to be free of defects or missing components will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. A 15 % restocking fee applies to most items. A 25% restocking fee applies to items that have factory sealed containers that have been damaged (torn, cut, etc.) to remove the product. For items that are not explicitly identified as having a satisfaction guarantee the Product Return Policy applies (see our Product Return Policy for more information).

eDigital Express takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you to any other person or third party. Your transaction and personal information is as important to us as it is to you.
Price Matching Policy
eDigital Express does not price match competitors, but will honor our advertised prices. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our web site and updated in real-time. Prices are non-negotiable.
